You’ll split your time between the office and the production floor, making sure programs are accurate and products are ready on time.Full time

The Opportunity

As a CNC Programmer, you create, maintain, and support the machine programs that turn panel stock into furniture components on our CNC boring and routing equipment. This role is the link between product data and the production floor: programs need to be accurate, ready on time, and clear enough that operators can run them right the first time.

Working closely with the Senior CNC Programmer, Machining, Product Support, and Product Development, you’ll handle standard and custom programming, support operators with setups and troubleshooting, and keep the program library organized, current, and backed up.

It's a role for someone who is equally comfortable reading a drawing and standing beside an operator at the machine, and who knows that a good program is one that runs right the first time.

What You’ll Do

CNC Programming & Program Management

  • Create and edit CNC programs from drawings, 3D models, and product data for point-to-point boring and routing machines.
  • Build and maintain automated programs for standard products that generate from product codes, using our product data standards.
  • Modify standard programs for customer specials and provide operators with clear instructions for those components.
  • Update programs and macros to reflect machine hardware or software updates, tooling changes, and new features.
  • Save programs and macros to the designated backed-up server location, following file naming and revision practices.
  • Register programs in the database with accurate machine run times for scheduling and costing.

Production Support

  • Prioritize corrections to programs already in production to keep the floor running.
  • Complete lot reviews so special machining requirements reach production through labels and machine notes.
  • Perform test runs and first-piece checks on new or changed programs; troubleshoot and adjust until parts meet specification.
  • Set up and operate CNC equipment as needed to prove out programs and support operators.
  • Work with the Machining Supervisor and operators to resolve program-related production issues quickly.

Specials & New Product Support

  • Provide manufacturability input to Product Support and Product Development on custom products and new lines.
  • Support the transition of engineering and programming workflows to SolidWorks / SWOOD.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

  • Show CNC operators how to run new or complex programs and what to watch for.
  • Support onboarding of new programmers and operators under the direction of the Senior CNC Programmer.
  • Keep skills current as machines, software, and processes change.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of CNC programming experience, ideally in panel processing, furniture, millwork, or cabinetry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with CNC programming software (e.g., Biesse Works, Homag woodWOP, SCM Maestro).
  • Working knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD/3D modelling software. SWOOD or AutoCAD experience is an asset.
  • College diploma or certificate in CNC/machining, mechanical technology, or woodworking / cabinetmaking technology is considered an asset, but not required.
  • Knowledge of furniture construction and hardware (drawer slides, hinges, RTA fittings, locks) is an asset.

Also Valuable

  • Reads and interprets technical drawings, tolerances, and 3D models accurately.
  • Comfortable with shop math: measurement, geometry, coordinates, and metric/imperial conversion.
  • Understands tooling, feeds and speeds, and how panel materials (particleboard, MDF, laminates) behave when machined.
  • Detail-oriented. Checks work before it goes to the floor.
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully with operators, supervisors, and engineering, including on a noisy production floor.
  • Comfortable with computers, ERP systems, and organized file management.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team and can manage competing priorities.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new machines, software, and processes.

  • Work in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, O. Reg. 851 (Industrial Establishments), and Three H health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Report all hazards, incidents, near misses, and injuries to your supervisor right away.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment, including hearing and eye protection on the production floor.
  • Follow lockout and machine guarding procedures when setting up, testing, or troubleshooting equipment.
  • Write and test programs with operator safety in mind.
  • Follow WHMIS requirements and take part in health and safety training.
  • Support the Joint Health and Safety Committee and keep work areas clean and safe.

Working Environment

  • Time is split between a typical office setting and the production floor.

Customer Service Representative | Warranty and ClaimsNew Liskeard, ONJoin our team as the person customers, dealers and sales representatives count on after an order ships. You’ll take ownership of warranty claims, shipping damage, replacements and credits, gathering what’s needed and following each one through to a fair resolution.Full time

The Opportunity

As our Customer Service / Warranty & Claims Representative, you're the person customers, dealers, and sales representatives count on after an order ships. When something needs attention — a warranty claim, shipping damage, a replacement, or a credit — you take ownership of it and see it through to a resolution people feel good about.

It's a role for someone who's organized, genuinely likes solving problems, and takes pride in doing things properly.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of customer service requests, warranty claims, and replacement orders — reviewing each one, deciding the right resolution under our policies and warranty guidelines, and following it through to the end.
  • Gather what's needed to resolve a claim well — photographs, shipping documentation, and customer details — so decisions are fair and well-founded.
  • Create and manage replacement, service, backorder, and credit orders accurately in our systems.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with dealers, sales representatives, suppliers, and customers — listening first, and keeping people updated until their issue is fully resolved.
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to get issues resolved, and step in to support the team during busy periods or on larger projects.
  • Keep accurate, honest records throughout, so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Manage claims with logistics carriers for shipping damage, following each one through to resolution.
  • Process smaller orders — sample materials, hardware, and courier requests — with the same care as the big ones.
  • Process dealer credit notes related to warranty claims, working closely with the Finance team.
  • Notice patterns in the claims you handle and suggest better ways to work — clearer documentation, smoother processes, and fewer repeat issues.

How Decisions Work

You'll handle routine claims and service requests within our established policies. Anything non-standard — larger credits, warranty exceptions, or an escalation — you'll flag and work through with the Customer Service Manager.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine willingness to listen.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail — you take pride in getting things right.
  • Sound problem-solving and judgment, with the confidence to make the right call within clear guidelines.
  • Comfort managing several open files at once in a busy environment, and adapting as priorities shift.
  • A calm, positive, solutions-focused approach, especially when an interaction gets difficult.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Basic accounting knowledge related to credits and claims.

Also Valuable

  • Knowledge of office furniture products or manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with SketchUp or CAD.
  • Experience handling warranty claims, shipping/logistics claims, or dealer relationships.

Working Environment

  • A standard, collaborative office environment.
  • No significant environmental risks or workplace hazards are associated with this position.
  • Comfortable working at a desktop computer, seated or standing, for extended periods.

Three H is committed to an inclusive workplace, and we welcome applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Accommodations are available on request at any stage of the hiring process, just let us know what you need.

Sample Fulfillment CoordinatorNew Liskeard, ONJoin our team to manage sample and literature requests from receipt through shipment. You’ll process requests, pack and ship materials, and keep inventory accurate so our dealers and sales partners get what they need.Part Time

The Opportunity

As the Sample Fulfillment Coordinator, you will manage Three H's sample and literature requests from receipt through shipment. You will be responsible for accurately processing requests, maintaining sample and literature inventory, preparing materials for shipment, and keeping requesters informed throughout the fulfillment process.

You'll work closely with the Product Manager, Sales Directors, the Warehouse and Operations teams, and Three H's U.S. sample fulfillment partner to support time-sensitive requests and maintain accurate inventory and shipment records. Your regular tasks will also include handling courier and mail, preparing production documents, and providing general administrative support. Sample fulfillment is the primary responsibility, and support duties are scheduled around fulfillment volume, which may vary from week to week.

This role is well suited to someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing detailed work independently. Accuracy matters. So does noticing when something doesn't look right and checking with the right person before it goes out the door.

What You’ll Do

Sample and Literature Request Management

  • Monitor the dedicated sample and literature request email during scheduled working hours.
  • Review incoming requests for completeness and follow up when required information is missing.
  • Determine whether requests follow the standard fulfillment process or require overnight review.
  • Enter approved requests accurately in the MRP system and maintain clear records of each transaction.
  • Handle personal, shipping and courier account information appropriately and confidentially.
  • Prioritize requests based on timing, availability and established fulfillment procedures.

Standard Fulfillment from New Liskeard

  • Pick requested samples and literature from inventory.
  • Confirm products, finishes, quantities and shipping information against the original request.
  • Inspect materials before shipment to confirm they are clean, current, accurate and free from visible damage.
  • Select appropriate packaging and pack materials securely to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
  • Prepare shipping labels and courier documentation using the approved shipping method.
  • Record shipment details in the MRP system.
  • Provide tracking information to the requester once materials have shipped.

Quality Control

  • Hold damaged, outdated, discontinued or otherwise unsuitable materials from shipment and advise the Product Manager.
  • Follow direction from the Product Manager before removing, replacing or disposing of materials.
  • Identify and report recurring quality, packaging or inventory concerns.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate sample and literature inventory movements in the MRP system.
  • Receive, organize and store newly produced samples and literature in the designated fulfillment area.
  • Keep storage and packing areas organized, accessible and ready for accurate picking and counting.
  • Complete a physical inventory count every two months and reconcile results against the MRP system.
  • Investigate inventory variances and report discrepancies, low-stock items and replenishment needs to the Product Manager.
  • Follow approved processes for inventory adjustments.

U.S. Overnight Fulfillment Coordination

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for Three H's U.S. Sample Fulfillment Partner.
  • For overnight requests, confirm the need and freight responsibility with the Sales Director responsible for the region.
  • Send complete approved requests and shipping instructions to the U.S. partner in time to support the noon Eastern cutoff.
  • Obtain shipment confirmation and tracking information from the U.S. partner.
  • Record samples and quantities shipped and provide tracking details to the requester.
  • Review quarterly partner inventory information and coordinate approved replenishment with the Product Manager.
  • Report service, inventory or quality concerns involving the U.S. partner to the Product Manager.

Shipment Support and Communication

  • Respond to questions about shipment status.
  • Coordinate follow-up on damaged, lost, incorrect or incomplete shipments.
  • Maintain accurate fulfillment records to support program review and planning.

Reporting

  • Prepare a quarterly fulfillment summary for the Product Manager covering request volumes, standard and overnight activity, samples and quantities shipped, inventory discrepancies, replenishment needs, shipping or quality concerns and requests delayed due to unavailable inventory.
  • Inventory availability, request volume, approvals, system availability, courier schedules and the coordinator's scheduled working hours may affect individual requests.
  • Sample fulfillment and overnight escalations take priority. Weekly work orders and courier pickups are time-bound and built into the schedule; other support duties are completed as fulfillment volume allows. The Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager sets priorities when demands conflict.

Office and Production Support

  • Print and distribute weekly batch work orders and current instruction sheets for scheduled batches.
  • Process outgoing small parcels and documents, book courier pickups and act as the main contact for courier drivers.
  • Receive, log and route incoming parcels and mail, and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Maintain courier account records and review courier invoices for billing errors before they go to Accounts Payable.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to quality.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including by phone.
  • Ability to follow defined processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to organize work, manage changing priorities and respond appropriately to time-sensitive requests.
  • Comfortable using email and standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable learning an MRP system, inventory procedures and courier tools.
  • Able to work independently while knowing when to ask for direction.
  • Dependable and considerate when working with requesters, Sales Directors, the Product Manager, Warehouse and Operations teams and external partners.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, inventory control or customer service is considered an asset.
  • Experience using an ERP or MRP system is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with courier systems, shipping labels and shipping documentation is considered an asset.
  • This role may be suitable for an entry-level candidate with the right attention to detail, organization and willingness to learn. Training will be provided on Three H systems, fulfillment processes and quality expectations.
