Quotations.

Three H can only provide quotations to registered dealers. Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing by Three H. All prices, specifications, and terms are subject to change without notice prior to order acceptance. Verbal quotations are not binding. Any revisions or modifications must be confirmed in writing by Three H Furniture Systems (“Three H”).

Pricing.

All prices are in U.S. or Canadian dollars as specified. Prices are exclusive of sales taxes, duties, installation, or other charges unless explicitly stated. Any applicable taxes will be added to the invoice total. Pricing is based on quoted project volume and is subject to change if the volume changes.

Order submission.

Purchase orders are required for all purchases. PO’s may be submitted to [email protected]. The following information is required to submit a clean purchase orders: Company name, purchase order number, Three H quotation or project number, requested delivery dates, address & contract number, all relevant décor selections, net values (including freight) matching latest quote/project revisions, any applicable SPIFF information and any specific delivery requirements.

Confirmations.

Following a clean purchase order, Three H will provide a confirmation along with estimated ship dates. If any discrepancies exist, Three H will provide a deficiency report outlining the details. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours of submission, please contact customer service for verification.

Deposit requirements.

Deposits on orders may be required depending on volume, credit status and/or other criteria. Deposits can be requested by Three H at quotation stage or at time of purchase order.

Payment by credit card.

Three H accepts VISA and Mastercard. All cards are subject to a card processing fee of the invoice total amount.

Order changes, returns, or cancellations.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled without written approval from Three H. Charges may apply based on the stage of production. Custom products and non-standard finishes are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization and are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus return freight.

Schedule date changes.

Requests to change ship dates for scheduled orders require a minimum of 3 weeks notice of the originally scheduled date.

Payment terms.

Standard payment terms are net 30 days from time of invoice unless otherwise specified.

Minimum freight charges.

Unless otherwise specified, freight is included to dealer dock on all orders when combined shipment values exceed $5000 list. In certain locations, zone freight premiums may apply. Combined orders under the minimum list will have a $200 net freight charge applied. Three H is not responsible for consolidating or holding orders in order to meet the minimum requirements. This is the responsibility of the dealer.

Freight surcharge.

A 6% freight surcharge applies to all orders exceeding $5000 list.

Alternate shipping locations.

If alternate ship to locations other than dealer dock is required, additional freight charges may apply. Please contact Three H Customer Service to verify prior to submitting PO.

Additional freight charges.

Additional shipping charges may also apply for direct to site delivery, weekend delivery, storage fees, gate services, call ahead notices, excessive unload times or other custom freight requests. Please contact customer service for any freight-related questions.

Damages.

Claims for freight damage or shortages must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery. Concealed damage must be reported within ten (10) business days.

  • Visible damage: note on the carrier’s receipt and file a claim directly with the carrier.
  • Concealed damage: retain packaging and notify Three H immediately for assistance.

Failure to report within these timeframes constitutes acceptance of goods as delivered.

Replacements.

Replacement components can be requested from [email protected] or by calling 1.800.767.5374. Please have original Three H order number available when requesting replacements parts. Any installation and labor charges related to warranty replacements must be reviewed & approved by Three H prior to being reimbursed. Three H does not reimburse for concealed freight damages or damages that occur during installation.

Warranty.
